“I didn’t know what to expect at first, but was pleasantly surprised by the way each of our sessions flowed. Even if I was unsure of what I wanted to discuss that day/what was on my mind, Luis somehow always found a way to foster a productive conversation that somehow always left me feeling more motivated, open minded, and having realizations/break-through moments. A major thing I have learned is to trust the universe. I didn’t go into this thinking my spirituality would majorly increase, but I do feel like I have learned to trust the universe’s plan for you with relationships, career, etc. and understanding that life is not happening to you it is happening FOR you. Also, Luis taught me the importance of removing toxic/negative situations/people that are not contributing positively in order to make room for better things to come my way. This mentality has helped navigate me through the difficulties of leaving a toxic job, ending a relationship with a toxic person, etc. Lastly, Luis has taught me the importance of empowering myself and how important it is to remove negative self-talk. I didn’t realize how much it used to weigh me down, but I now understand how important it is to talk positively to yourself and have high energy to be in a high state.
